Many programs and services are offered both at the Centre, and in the community by Memory Lane Family Place staff. To explore the projects and programs offered, please click the links on the left.

If you wish to register for programs, please click on "Community Action Program for Children" link on this page.  The forms are located on the right.  You can open them and fill them out and either email them to use or drop them off at the centre.
