WHAT IS CAPC?
The Community Action Program for Children (CAPC) has been operating from the Memory Lane Family Place since 1994. The project is funded by Health Canada under the Brighter Futures Initiative. It is sponsored by the Sackville Family Day Care Association. Programs are developed and implemented based on the needs
identified by parents. Programs are designed to encourage parent
participation in a supportive environment.
